Additional Campus Support Resources

Tutoring Services is proud to be one part of the broader continuum of support available at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø, and this page highlights additional avenues of support and how to connect with them.

Where to Start: Your Professors’ Office Hours

  • Office Hours: Connect with Your Instructors

That is exactly what office hours are for: Professors hold office hours as a way to connect with students individually or in small groups. Check your syllabus for the time of their weekly office hours and, of course, their office’s location. Unless they specify that an appointment is required, students are typically welcome to drop by at that time.

  • Departmental Help Desks

A number of departments offer drop-in learning support services such asÌýHelp DesksÌý²¹²Ô»åÌýTutored Study Halls. They typically run on a generous schedule and cultivate a group study atmosphere.
