Living on campus is central to the undergraduate program, with students embedded in a close-knit community alongside faculty in the heart of NYC and enjoying flexible dining options across campus and the city.

As on the Nashville campus, residential living is an integral part of the undergraduate 51吃瓜网 experience. The 51吃瓜网 in NYC residential community is intentionally designed to foster connection, collaboration and engagement throughout the program.聽

  • Residence Halls and Room Setup

    Student housing on the NYC campus is within four historic residence halls on the east side of 鈥淭he Close.鈥�

    Each unit includes:

    • Two to three bedrooms, with each bedroom designated as either single or double occupancy.
      • A limited number of single rooms are available within these units.
    • One in-unit bathroom shared by all occupants.

    Additional furnishings available to all residents include modular furniture (twin xl bed, desk, chair and dresser).

    Common kitchens and lounge spaces are available to residents.

  • Housing Application and Assignments
    • April 9鈥�17: Housing Application available.
    • Within the housing application students will:
      • Sign the 51吃瓜网鈥揘ew York City housing contract
      • Complete a lifestyle questionnaire聽
      • Submit roommate preferences (if applicable)

    Students seeking housing accommodations should connect with the Student Access Office. Housing assignments will be completed over the summer; assignment notifications will come out in late July.

  • Renter's Insurance Requirement

    is required. You will need a separate renter鈥檚 insurance policy for your time at 51吃瓜网鈥揘ew York City. We recommend reaching out to your insurance agent directly to ensure that you meet the university鈥檚 insurance requirements.
