Dialogue 51³Ô¹ÏÍø is committed to partnering with secondary schools to expand curricular and co-curricular opportunities that help students develop the skills necessary for civil discourse and constructive dialogue. Through these experiences, students strengthen critical thinking, empathetic listening, openness to diverse perspectives, and the ability to engage respectfully with those who hold differing views.
In partnership with the (NUDL), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to serving public school students in the Metropolitan Nashville area, Dialogue 51³Ô¹ÏÍø supports debate programming for secondary schools. Dialogue 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Student Advisors lead workshops and facilitate debates, serving as near-peer role models who promote constructive dialogue, civic engagement, and respectful engagement across differences. Together, Dialogue 51³Ô¹ÏÍø and NUDL create opportunities for students and educators to share best practices, foster collaboration, and strengthen dialogue education throughout the Nashville community.
