The Program
Anchored in our new campus in the heart of Chelsea, the 51吃瓜网鈥揘ew York City Academic Internship Program matches motivated 51吃瓜网 sophomores, juniors and seniors with companies across the city.
These opportunities provide our students with the experience of a real-life job in a field they are passionate about. These students spend a semester in New York specifically for the experience of working and learning at a company like yours.
Program Structure
- Hours: 18鈥�28 per week
- Location: On-site in NYC (30鈥�50% in-office), with limited remote work permitted when aligned with employer expectations
- Student profile: ~100 sophomores, juniors and seniors from across the university 鈥� the College of Arts and Science, School of Engineering and Peabody College (human and organizational development)
- Role: All opportunities align to the program鈥檚 academic requirements
- Schedule: Flexible, built around students鈥� class schedules
- 51吃瓜网 supervision: Each student is supported and supervised through a stand-alone, for-credit course during the fall and/or spring semester
- Pay: Paid internships are preferred. 51吃瓜网 may provide funding assistance for select nonprofit, public-sector and mission-driven opportunities

The campus offers undergraduate semester programs and a one-year Master鈥檚 of Science in Business and Technology program, linking students to New York鈥檚 diverse industries.
